Harry Pearce, Pentagram partner, part-time optimist, photographer of schisms, human rights activist, dream diary keeper, graphic designer, accidentalist.
His work touches many disciplines, from spatial design and identity to print, packaging and posters. Encompassing the public and private sectors, both local and global. His diverse clients include John Lewis Partnership, The Co-operative, The Net-a-Porter Group, Royal Academy of Arts, the Science Museum, Saks Fifth Avenue, Pen International and the UN.
He is a member of the advisory board for Witness working with Peter Gabriel for the human rights charity for over 19 years. In 2009 Harper Collins published his first book, a collection of typographic nonsense, Conundrums.
He speaks across the globe, including AGIdeas in Australia, Design Indaba, South Africa, SemiPermanent, New Zealand and Design Yatra, India and the Typographic Circle in the UK.
He is a member of Alliance Graphique International and also the Royal Mail’s Stamp Advisory Committee
