Parliamentary Palace of Varieties is an extremely popular one-of-a-kind event in the Westminster calendar. Members of both the House of Commons and the House of Lords generously give their time to share their amazing and frequently unexpected talents to an exclusive audience.

Champagne flows in full swing at the start of Palace of Varieties, with a chance to mingle with friends and colleagues in anticipation of what our MPs and Lords will perform.

The audience then take to their seats for an exciting line up of extraordinary acts in between courses of superb fine dining in a truly glamorous setting.

Previous performances have included tap-dancing Cabinet ministers, MP4 the world’s only parliamentary rock band and Baroness Floella Benjamin uplifting the room with astounding and sensational soul.

2013 was skilfully compèred by Rt Hon Jeremy Hunt, Danny Alexander MP and Baroness Jay of Paddington, providing guests with a journey of music through the ages. In 2013, Parliamentary Palace of Varieties raised over £100,000 for people affected by cancer. With your help, we hope to beat this amount in 2020 and make the event even more electrifying.
