The Salon du Chocolat

The Salon du Chocolat is the not-to-be-missed event for those who share a passion for this exceptional product.

The Salon du Chocolat will celebrate its 20th Anniversary in October and will feature a 20,000 sqm exhibition space over 2 floors entirely dedicated to chocolate and cooca. For its 20th anniversary, the Salon du Chocolat will pay tribute to Chocolate, a Universal Heritage.

The first floor will be hosting major companies involved in chocolate, sharing their passion for it and unveiling their new products. This will also be the place of the Salon du Chocolat's flagship events: live demonstrations by the greatest French and international chefs & the famous Chocolate Fashion Show.

On the ground floor, the Salon du Chocolat will offer an outstanding celebration of Chocolate, a Universal Heritage through an oustanding exhibition dotted with happenings, culinary workshops and artistic performances. An exclusive adventure in which renowned artists, designers, chocolatiers and pastry makers as well as producing countries will pool their expertise to pay the most prestigious tribute to chocolate.

Being a worldwide event and a veritable international label, the Salon du Chocolat will host more than 500 participants, including over 200 chefs and pastry chefs from France and all over the world as well as 200 international exhibitors who will celebrate this magical product.

In Paris, 20 years ago, the first Salon du Chocolat was born.

It all started with two passionate entrepreneurs who were in love with chocolate and each other, and a project that everyone considered a crazy idea: create an event dedicated entirely to an everyday food. But they had a strong desire and firm belief in the market and its professionals, both of which did not receive the exposure they deserved. Now, 20 years on, the show is a resounding success both in France and around the world, helping to promote knowledge of and expertise in chocolate, from the bean to the bar, from producing countries to consumers.

Progressively conquering the major cities of France (Marseille, Cannes, Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes.), Europe (Bologna, Zurich, Brussels and London) and the rest of the world (New York, Tokyo, Moscow, Beijing, Shanghai, Cairo, Salvador da Bahia, Lima, Seoul), the Salon du Chocolat now has around 20 events per year on several continents.
