In spring and summer, the courtyard garden of Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière, an extension of the Le Lucien bar, is the perfect meeting place. Bartender Stéphane Ginouvès, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, particularly recommends the Pear Connection cocktail: Grey Goose pear vodka, fresh lemon juice, cranberry juice and apple pie syrup. The courtyard is also the setting for the Michelin-starred cuisine of gourmet restaurant Le Diane, where talented chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, works.
