 Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière

Rediscover the four terraces of Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière.

Fine weather is on the way, along with the irresistible urge to relax and enjoy the sunshine! Set in greenery or boasting remarkable views, tucked away or looking out on the hustle and bustle of Paris life, the four terraces of Hotel Fouquet's Barrière are once again open to guests!

The courtyard garden: at the heart of the hotel, this secluded space is a leafy and refreshing oasis of calm, far from the agitation of the Champs-Elysées.
For a light lunch, a gourmet afternoon tea, a quick bite in the evening or a late drink... In spring and summer, the courtyard garden of Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière, an extension of the Le Lucien bar, is the perfect meeting place. Bartender Stéphane Ginouvès, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, particularly recommends the Pear Connection cocktail: Grey Goose pear vodka, fresh lemon juice, cranberry juice and apple pie syrup. The courtyard is also the setting for the Michelin-starred cuisine of gourmet restaurant Le Diane, where talented chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, works.
The garden of Hotel Fouquet's Barrière is open every day from 7 am to 1 am, weather permitting. For reservations call 01 40 69 60 60

The terrace of Marta le Bar: tucked away beside the lobby of the hotel, Marta Le Bar offers pleasure-seeking clients an eclectic menu featuring classic refreshments as well as surprising cocktails invented by Stéphane Ginouvès. Ideally located on Avenue George V, the terrace of Marta Le Bar is a tempting stop for a break during shopping or a late drink with friends. Why not try the Dahlia Noir cocktail, made with Cointreau, cranberry juice, violet syrup, jasmine syrup and Champagne?
The terrace of Marta Le Bar is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 1 am and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 11 am to 1 am, weather permitting - Tel: 01 40 69 60 00

The terrace of Café Fouquet's: over on the Champs-Elysées side, Fouquet's is opening up its legendary terrace, which has attracted travellers from all over the world since 1899. Offering a great view of the famous avenue, the Café is open all day, from morning to evening, for breakfast, a casual lunch, afternoon tea or even a cocktail in the image of the famous Triangle d'Or: an artful blend of Rémy Martin cognac, green tea liqueur with cognac, fresh lemon juice and strawberry candy syrup.

The terrace of the Fouquet's and La Petite Maison de Nicole restaurants: opening onto Avenue George V, the terrace of Fouquet's restaurant, with its intimate connections to the world of cinema, is the epitome of a French-style luxury brasserie. As soon as the sun appears, Fouquet's invites you to enjoy the exclusive location of its terrace for a lunch in the style of French haute cuisine. In the evening, the George V side of Fouquet's brasserie is transformed into a theatre of delicious discoveries and takes on the appearance of La Petite Maison de Nicole in Nice. You are now invited to enjoy its hearty southern French cuisine in the festive atmosphere of the terrace.
