Meta Pro launch the SpaceGlasses in July. 3D glasses that project your smart phone, computer or even apps inside the lenses so you become a mix of Iron Man and Minority Report. Competition for Google Goggles or will they just buy the company?
So until the flexi computer screen is finally released, this is the new interface that we will all be using. Or will these simply render the flexi screen redundant? No need to carry anything anymore. The glasses will bring us our smart phone, laptop, latest news and information on everything we see around. Immediate identification of new faces, direct link to their LinkedIn page, Facebook page, you name it. No one will ever be a stranger again, their full CV accessible as you pass them by for a fee. Brands projected on their forehead, clothing, hands or recommended by them.
Every restaurant you pass will show the faces of friends who have been there and liked it. You could watch videos of their night out at said eatery, or menu recommendations, favorite wine or exciting new cocktail.
Just think instant access to every library and resource on the web. You never need look up that quote, statistic or lyric again. Word search through Wikipedia, faster than you can say "I have total recall".

Whatever it becomes it will happen so fast, in 6 months it will either be gone or so ubiquitous we will have forgotten what life was like without them.
How did I manage without my SpaceGlasses/Goggles?
Nomophobia is the stress that people feel when they forget/lose their mobile phone or are out of network and very real it is. Try leaving your mobile at home for a week. Bet you can't do it.
