In 1969, Seiko launched the Astron, the world’s first ever Quartz watch, named for the Greek word meaning ‘Space’ and ‘Stars.’ Its release led Seiko down a route of further innovation, inspired by the possibility of humans one day being able to reach the stars. Building on the collection theme of ‘Solidity,’ this ‘Morning Star’ Solar GPS is inspired by this stellar aspiration. Built in a black titanium case and bracelet, sapphire crystal glass encases a sparkling blue graduated dial.
