18ct White Gold Turquoise 0.07ct Diamond Shoulder Ring, R1013. This exquisite ring features a fine blue genuine Turquoise round semi-precious gemstone. The stone is set within 18ct white gold and is framed either side by diamond set shoulders totalling 0.07cts.  We hand-select only the finest quality natural turquoise, which we cut and polish to perfection in our workshop to produce beautifully handcrafted turquoise jewellery. We source our turquoise gemstones from the famous Kingman mine, in North Western Arizona.
