Magnificent Valletta: Phoenicia Hotel and the Malta Arts Festival

Magnificent Valletta: Phoenicia Hotel and the Malta Arts Festival

Valletta, Malta’s capital and arguably the city with the world’s most iconic harbour, is being born again.
