Bentley just launched three brand spanking new Mulsannes, the Mulsanne Consummate, the Mulsanne Speed and the first ever Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase. So where on earth could you go to test these big guys? Somewhere with great scenery, sublime mountain vistas, oodles of leather shorts and Schloss’s that would give Bond baddy Ernst Stavro Blofelt secret lair envy. Throw in long roads (the famous Autobahns) with no speed limit at all and bingo, you have the lovely Austria or Innsbruck to be more specific.

The Cotswolds represent the British countryside at its best, an idyll that is portrayed in so many films and articles.  An added bonus is that we have some of the most luxurious country house hotels where you can find all the creature comforts, together with delicious food.  You can chill out in the sanctuary of a relaxing spa, perhaps while away a few hours with chosen friends and family, or explore beautiful gardens, intimate local villages and towns.  All very decadent and sybaritic.

At any time of year Ljubljana is a delight. We have just added another time to visit: early December for the St. Nicolas celebrations which lift the city into another dimension. The mix between a religious festival and commercial interests is so much better than in the UK, it is the equal of Antwerp which we had assumed was way ahead of anything we had experienced previously.
