Pendennis List 35m Expedition Yacht Project Fox For Sale With Burgess Yachts

Pendennis and Burgess Yachts today have announced that the 35m expedition-style yacht “Project Fox” is for sale, with Ian Sherwood from Burgess acting as the central broker. Currently in build at Pendennis’ Falmouth facility the project features interior and exterior styling from Q London. Once completed and launched in the Spring of 2023 “Project Fox” will represent the very best of British engineering and interior design.

The UK has seen the sixth consecutive year growth in revenue for the superyacht industry. The fall in the pound has helped, though a third of superyacht owners are actually based in the UK, the exchange rate means there is much more bang for your buck. Whilst there has been a rise in new build this year, the biggest growth has been in refit. The trend for restoring luxury items that people become emotionally connected to seems to have migrated into the superyacht industry.
