Experience an exhilarating skate under the stars with friends and family. For five weeks over the Christmas period, our Inner Close is transformed by our Christmas Market and open-air real ice rink.

It was in Strasbourg in 1570 that the very first edition of the oldest Christmas market in Europe took place, then called the "Christkindelsmärik" (market of the Infant Jesus). Since this time, Strasbourg has continued the tradition of a traditional, authentic, warm and generous Alsatian Christmas and these are all the reasons why "Strasbourg, the Capital of Christmas" continues to enjoy repeated success.

Dresden's Christmas Market is traditionally called Striezelmarkt, it is Germany's oldest Christmas Market with a very long history dating back to 1434. Its name derives from Hefestriezel, a sweet delicacy which centuries later has become know as “Dresden Christstollen” (German Christmas Cake).

The Dresden Striezelmarkt is located on the Altmarkt Square, in the historical city centre. It is surrounded by various themed Christmas Markets, stretching up to the main railway station and the Albertplatz.

Welcome To The 53rd Annual Antigua Charter Yacht Show, we would like to welcome you to our beautiful shores for another exciting show. This year's show is extended to cover six days and will again take place at the Nelson's Dockyard Marina in English Harbour, the Falmouth Harbour Marina and the Antigua Yacht Club Marina both located in Falmouth Harbour, a shuttle service runs between the three marinas during show hours.

The Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous brings together sail and motor yachts during a four-day event for owners, their families and friends organized by Boat International Media and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda (YCCS).

The Superyacht Challenge is an annual event, held at Nelson's Dockyard in Antigua where yachts in excess of 80 feet are invited to participate in an exciting, friendly event, designed to be solely for the pleasure of superyacht owners, their guests and crew. The magnificent fleet take part in three days of spectacular racing, using the International Superyacht Racing Rule.

The Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta hosts between 50 and 60 yachts every year and enjoys a wonderful variety of competitors, including traditional craft from the islands, classic ketches, sloops, schooners and yawls making the bulk of the fleet, together with the stunningly beautiful Spirit of Tradition yachts, J Class yachts and Tall Ships. Together, these make a wonderful sailing spectacle in the ideal trade wind sailing conditions of the Caribbean.

Antigua Sailing Week started in 1968 when a group of friends got together to hold a regatta. A number of the friends were hoteliers and part of their objective in creating the regatta was to extend the winter season by getting people to stay in Antigua a little longer – or to come specifically to participate in the event which would in turn extend the end of the current season.
