International eXcellence interviews Alexandra Robson, the designer and managing director of Augustine Jewels. 
- Where did you study and what is your background?
I studied fashion and jewellery design at Esmod School of Fashion in Paris before going to Cambridge University for undergraduate and Stanford University for graduate school. Later I studied diamond grading and gemology at the Gemological Institute of America
 - How did you get your business started?
I started by designing bespoke pieces for friends.

I would love to start this story with an interesting and true tale about a rich history of watchmaking in my family dating back centuries. But I don’t have one. This is an excellent book. Well worth reading, certainly explains why some people behave so oddly. Also great tips on how to get the most from life and to learn to enjoy every moment. Ruby is one of the most excellent comedians in Britain today and her acerbic wit and humour shine thruogh in this tome to mental instability. Some great inside stories on how television treats people it feels are not as much in demand as they should be. The Celebrity sharks programe with Richard E Grant must have been a hoot. Sorry I missed that.
