I think my skin is still glowing from my Signature K facial at the Karidis Clinic, despite it being a couple of weeks ago.
I work hard to take care of my skin, adapting my regime to the seasons and investing in hard-working formulas that really make a difference. As a result, I’m pretty happy with it, but there are certain times of the year, particularly when the seasons change, that I could definitely do with some extra help.

If you are affected by the bizarre extremes of weather at the moment, then spare a thought for your skin. Extreme temperature changes (hello snow), air conditioning, central heating and pollution all take their toll, so it’s particularly important at these times to make sure you have a solid care routine. I’m always torn on holiday. Half of me wants to pack the kitchen sink, get glammed up to the nines and hit the town, the other half of me wants to kick back, wear my scruffiest, most comfortable clothes, let my hair go au naturel and not bother with a scrap of make up.
