The Maserati Grecale Trofeo, recently launched in the UK, is a five-seater SUV with a seriously fabulous engine borrowed from the MC20 supercar. It combines everyday family driving with a refined opulent interior and sporting credentials to put a satisfied grin on any driver's face. We took it for a spin to Bath and around the surrounding Somerset countryside, putting it through its paces on and off-road to see if it hits the sweet spot for a luxury brand SUV.

To fully savour the Lexus RX experience, we embarked on an unforgettable journey through the scenic landscapes of England, beginning our adventure in Surrey and making our way to Cornwall, where we enjoyed a delightful stay at the St Moritz Hotel in Polzeath. Our return trip to Surrey coincided with the transition from the last rays of summer sun to the arrival of October storms.

The Bentley Continental GT: A Timeless Symbol of Luxury and Performance

Italian luxury and performance brand Maserati will celebrate its rich history, new showroom of modern icons, and era-defining future vehicles during Monterey Car Week 2023. Among the highlights expected to generate excitement is the Global Unveil of the track-only MC20-derived hypercar, Maserati MCXtrema, at The Quail alongside the North American debuts of the two GranTurismo One-Off Luce and Prisma.

We cruised in the Ferrari Roma for a 300-mile tour of the South in the glorious summer heat, passing Hove Lagoon for some windsurfing and wakeboarding.

This is the new "discreet" GT from Ferrari, an upgrade from the Portofino which we loved. Ferrari has changed 70% of the components and you feel that in the driving.

The Jaguar F-Type R 75 is a refined luxury two-seater sports tourer, but is it fast, comfortable and stylish enough for the £103 K price tag?  We took it gallivanting around Gloucestershire, staying at the Tewkesbury Hotel for a little golf and fine dining to find out.

The R 75 comes with the 5.0 litre supercharged V8 with 567 bhp powering from 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h) and an automatic ZF 8 speed gearbox. Its 4.47 metres long, 2 metres wide, weighs just under 1.8 tonnes and does around 26 mpg.

We took the Bentley on a tour of Dorset and Devon, stopping at The Eastbury Hotel in Sherborne and The Cary Arms in Babbacombe Bay on the English Riviera.

The GTC Speed is a two-door, four-seat Grand Tourer offering opulence and extreme supercar performance, albeit at a hefty price. Though it delivers amazing quality for value compared to similarly priced cars, particularly when you consider the fine craftsmanship and futuristic engineering that go into making this legendary cruiser.

The Lamborghini Urus is a huge departure for such a massive supercar icon, many said it would ruin the brand and should never be done. I felt the same way until I drove this new SUV all over Surrey, Sussex and Somerset on a glorious driving tour that changed my preconceptions.

Though this is not the first SUV they made, indeed the Lamborghini LM002, aka "Rambo Lambo”, was an off-road style jeep manufactured by Lamborghini between 1986 and 1993 and resembled a Humvee.
