1960 was an important year for Triumph. They had introduced the new 'unit’ 500cc engine with the engine and gearbox as a single unit. 1960 also meant the T100 was when the controversial bathtub-esq bodywork was released on the world. This was a semi enclosed rear end that resembled an old upside down tin bath. This wasn't well received and only lasted 2 years.
This 1960 Triumph T100 bobber was built by David as a bit of fun in his downtime. David is the owner of Oshe & Workshop Seventy7, 2 sides of the same coin, located at Ordnance Depot, Weedon, Northamptonshire.

The Polo season is coming! Picnics with cucumber sandwiches, Pimms and cold champagne, dressing up in red corduroy trousers and tight yellow jumpers and damn the latest fashion trends. At last Polo is upon us and there are many terrific matches to attend with athletic men and women leaping on horseback to compete for our entertainment. The sun will shine and we will all get pink faces and drink and eat too much. Glorious! I may even take a few more lessons this year just to appreciate how easy the Polo pros make it look, now where’s my mallet?
