Dingle Distillery in Co. Kerry on on the Wild Atlantic Way (2,500 km of spectacular coastline) launches its first core whiskey expression, Dingle Single Malt, a milestone in the distillery’s history and a huge step forward in its growth journey. Bedford Aerodrome is a little airfield next to the well known Bedford Autodrome designed by F1 driver Jonathan Palmer. I’d driven up in the morning to spend a day throwing the latest BMW’s and MINI’s around the aerodrome track.

The brochure states a top speed of 150 mph and 0-62 takes 6 seconds, so it’s certainly not slow.
