Porsche 911 Carrera GTS 4

Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS - The Sweet Spot

As I rolled into the car park at Caffeine and Machine, I was positively glowing. The drive there in the racing yellow Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS was superb, the sun was shining and all was well in the world. This is a fantastic driver's car with incredible performance but unlike RS Audis and the like, there’s a connection that has been honed and nurtured over generations. The visceral nature of the 911 driving experience is something truly special in these days of overly electronically muted cars.

Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo - A 680bhp Jekyll and Hyde

Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo - A 680bhp Jekyll and Hyde

We took the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo, for a blissful week of high speed luxury, and were pretty damned impressed...
This is the second-generation Panamera. The original car was introduced to us in 2010 and had a 6 year run until it’s replacement in 2017. 1st gen Panamera was certainly an acquired taste. Smooth and somewhat bulbous, it wasn’t often described as pretty.

Porsche Cayenne Coupe - Fast Orange

Porsche Cayenne Coupe - Fast Orange

This is the entry-level Cayenne coupe which means that it has the all aluminium 3L V6 turbocharged engine with Variocam. It produces 335hp and 450Nm of torque, very nice.
The brochure states a top speed of 150 mph and 0-62 takes 6 seconds, so it’s certainly not slow.
Cayenne coupe starts at around £62,000 and this particular car has a few choice extras so comes out at just over £80,000.
