Honda’s Africa twin is one of the most iconic adventure bikes ever made, first showing its face in the late ‘80s. Here we are in 2022 and The Africa Twin is still going strong and better than ever.

One of our favourite stops during our Polestar 2 electric car tour was the Victoria Oxshott gastro pub.
This new gastro pub is set on a country road in a tiny village in Surrey. As you walk in there is a comfortable long bar to the right and assorted dining rooms off to the left, furnished in oak, green wood panelling and light brown chesterfield sofas and chairs. Plenty of stoves and open fires add colour and ambience.
Colour me surprised as the Polestar 2 is dropped off at my garage. It is actually a good-looking animal. A solid, relatively low SUV come hatchback with sharp, carved haunches. It has a certain presence.
We toured around Surrey to fully appreciate its capabilities, taking in a very fine Gastro pub along the way, the Victoria Oxshott.
This summer’s all about the big, the bold and the brightest. Made to withstand the pressures of a sporting life with style.
